簡介

讚美操組（一）
時間：逢星期一、三、四上午9:00、星期五上午8:45
地點：八點花園對出公園(星期五在教會三樓)

讚美操組（二）
時間：逢主日中午12:00
地點：太湖花園二期會所舞蹈室
對象：所有人士

特色：透過學習讚美操鍛鍊身體、認識及讚美天父

組長：彭玉華姊妹(讚美操一)、鄭伊梨姊妹(讚美操二)

負責同工：張惠蓮牧師
